![]() ![]() I identified it in the winsxs folder and have it deleted but yet it still remains in Word, like a ghost. The first method took me some time because it was a system protected font. Try the suggestions and let me know the result at your earliest convenience. If the issue reappears again, it will help you to determine which add-in is causing this issue. If issue still persists Start Word or Excel in safe mode following instructions mentioned below and verify the result. I reinstalled the whole Office but it doesn't help. In the previous version, I can highlight the texts to change them manually, and if I continue writing from the manually font-changed passage, the new words would appear as the font which I manually selected. ![]() I'm using a Microsoft Word for writing my thesis which is mainly in Chinese. ![]()
